SteadyPay Payment Solutions (“SteadyPay”) has ceased Bill Payment Services. As previously communicated to you, all deposits will be returned after April 1, 2014 (you will need to contact your payroll department with your employer regarding any deductions that have been returned). If you have not done so, you need to immediately STOP your payroll deduction to Citizens Union Bank of Shelbyville and retrieve any residual funds from your account. To stop your payroll deduction, contact your payroll department with your employer. SteadyPay representatives are available at 1-877-632-9093 during our business hours of 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Mon-Fri. to answer any questions as well as to return, at no cost to you, any residual funds in your account via ACH deposit or check. You may also consult our website www.mysteadypay.com.
Please Note: If you do not retrieve your residual funds, the balance, net of applicable fees, will be escheated in accordance with applicable state law.
